Mindmeld, this makes my blood boil. An illegal immigrant shot at and almost killed a police officer in Napa Valley.

Here is the news article that first covered the story. I highly recommend that you watch the video provided in the link:

Napa police shooting: Body cam footage appears to show driver firing first

If you watch the video, it's only by the grace of God that the police officer survived. There was no way she could have dodged the bullet that was meant for her. She is lucky that the asshole missed. (After that, her training kicked in. She kept her cool, called for help over the radio, moved to a less vulnerable position, and returned fire on the slime.)

Now here's the thing. The SF Chronicle reported that this perp had a violent criminal history, but they won't report that he was deported thrice. Only the Napa County Register reported that.

Not only that, but ICE claims that it issued detainers to Napa County jail regarding Hernandez Morales in 2014, 2015 and 2016. None of those detainers were honored.

But it doesn't stop there. His family, upon reading the news report that exposed the fucker's illegal immigration status, then wrote a letter to the editor. You know what they blamed his actions on? Mental health and substance abuse. Then they placed the responsibility on society for supposedly turning its collective back on the mentally ill.

What. A. Crock. Was it voices in his head that made him shoot at the officer? Was it some sort of "mind control" drug that turned him into a would-be cop killer? Was he otherwise a fine and upstanding citizen despite his long rap sheet? Was anyone in his family "completely surprised" that this guy had a gun on him? (The gun, by the way, was stolen. No way he could have legally obtained it.)

Think about what would have happened if the police officer ended up murdered. I guarantee you that the family would not cooperate with authorities. Neither would the state of California, at least not with federal officials who have been tracking this asshole for years. Heck, it would have been possible (though not likely) that this cop killer would have successfully fled the authorities.

And even if he got caught, and Trump tweeted about it, you'd have the mainstream media all trying to make up for this. "Look at drumpF, he's using this tragedy for his selfish political gains." "He's reached a new low, trying to paint all undocumented immigrants with a broad brush." Wah wah wah ...

Like I said, only by the grace of God did this police officer survive, and this story is only in the local news media. And only by the grace of God do we continue to have brave police officers tirelessly keeping us safe, despite the politicians who want to cater to criminals thanks to political correctness and the SJWs.
