It's just a thought, but no one has mentioned that the press release may say exactly what is happening. We're all looking for some conspiracy, where there may be none.

e.g. Dave Anderson, major player in the early years of Grand Casinos (GND), as a liason between the indian tribes and a gambling company. Leaves to help open Rainforest Cafe (RAIN) with Lyle Berman. Makes yet more money and leaves to open Famous Dave's Barbeque (DAVE).

Wilson is an attorney by trade (I think), who had some unused real estate he decided to rent out to charities for bingo nights.

To his credit, this story has grown unimaginably to him at that time I'm sure. Enter Corky Logue, a seasoned pro in quickly expanding young public companies.

I imagine he realizes in the best interests of stockholders (himself included to the tune of a couple million shares) and the company, he's better off stepping aside and letting Logue run the ops. I think this has been the plan all along, and why they folded Corky into the board in the first place. Not to mention the talent that we have bought out over the past few months, (Mims, Harrisons).

I could be wrong of course, but I just don't see it that he "forced out." He is the single largest stockholder, after all. But I don't believe his expertise was sufficient any longer, and he clearly has recognized this for some months given the clear and obvious management strengthening that has been focused on.
