I myself am a conslutant, which means contract, which means temp. Been doing it for a number of years. Telcom started back inthe early 80's. Manufactures of telcom equipment will turnkey a job for a customer, but use primarily vendor approved installation crews. In otherwords, contract/temp. It really isn't new, just growing. Hell, HR departments are being contract. Big companies just want to manage money these days and forego managing people.
