After thumbing throught the S-1 registration of class B conversion and additional shares, filed 1/9/98, 370 pages (printed from edgar) long and full of any and everything you ever wanted to know about the current state of affairs with this company. One stark fact that stood out to me is that Mr. Finocchio's compensation consists of 1.5m share options priced at $10.81, with a buyout provision to expedite vesting. I would say that he has more than just a little insentive to push the value of this company's stock upwards of that point. I'm sure this had been mentioned earlier but thought I'd repost it anyway.
Regards,
Brian

"We are all just stumbling through life trying to do the best we can.
So stop complaining."

You are of course, giving the favorite quote from my profile.

1) Presumably you think you are some kind of exception to the 'whining' you keep talking about. However, all you seem to do is whine about the others on this thread, who were mostly here long before you were. So you could just go away if you don't like the conversation. Rather than whine about it. Unless you get paid to do that.

2) It is my favorite quote becase the person who said it was the most ineffectual and political manager I have met in my life. Who was fired within a year of the quote, BTW ;-) Not enough attention to the downside potential, as it happened.
