Jim I also point out that civil litigation could be involved by attempting to interfere with the opportunity to make a living, if any false statements made are directed at corporate officers or directly impede or infringes on their livelihoods, the poster could be held accountable. However certain people just do not understand infringement and the concept of breaking the law, even though, when made aware, they may confess their violation to be unknowingly. However, after days of being made aware of the problem and stating that the problem has been rectified so that it is in accordance with the law, the unlawful violation continues, that raises the level of intent to one of a more serious nature.

But again I guess some people who enjoy keeping a high profile and such an easy to trace tag enjoy being test cases for litigation. Some people confess to greatly research matters of litigation and be experts, yet knowingly expose themselves to lawsuits. If the person who has been expressing his opinion on lawsuits, does have expertise in this area, I would tend to believe that person. He probably has seen a great deal, from an extremely hands on perspective, of course that is only my opinion based upon the posters own words. I could be wrong, but the actions and words of recklessness and irresponsibility speak for themselves.

Jim, one shoud be very careful when investing in these companies. Also , small companies often don't win contracts, even when offering a better deal because the buyer is afraid the small company won't be around for long (bankrupt), or won't be able to keep up with the growth of the industry, or of the buyer. I don't feel I said anything wrong. If you think I've said anything else in error, please state it specifically and I'll reconsider. I'm looking for sound opinions, not hyped opinions, good or bad.
