Not sure that's always the case. I have often made that claim myself until very recently. I moved to a warmer climate about 3 years ago. Prior to that I had always kept a monthly chiropractic "tune up" appointment and felt good about it. I went for several months, perhaps a year after moving without an adjustment before finding a new doc here in my new town.

I've been seeing him for about a year now, probably longer, until late last year when I had to finally decide those adjustments just weren't doing a thing for me anymore. I was spending $40 per treatment, which rarely lasted more than 6-8 minutes and sent on my way with a "see you next month".

My neck is my problem as it usually has been. Recently I found some simple exercises I can do here at home once or twice a day which has been giving me considerable relief. I know my advancing age is a large part of my problem, but chiropractic, or this particular application of it, doesn't seem to make a difference.
