my 1st experience with oils was in the 80's

I bought a new 300zx and I would get up early just to drive it before work...loved that car.

but the heater shot hot air right onto my shins. By the time winter was half over I was near raw from ankle to knee from the itch and scratching....

I tried all sorts of moisturizing stuff up to hydrocortisone.

nothing worked.

read a book called Prescription for Nutritional Healing, although I don't know if I read it 1st or after other books but it confirmed the use of certain oils for skin problems.

I got a foam brush and a pint of edible flaxseed oil. Painted my shins each night.

fixed it in a couple of weeks and it never returned.
