America is only popular in Europe when the German boot is on their throat. It is the same as it is here. The media and the so-called "elite" despise us. There is a lot of love for the USA in the common people, but they are subjected to the same garbage from "above" as we are. My father went to France for the 50th anniversary of D-Day and received a Hero's welcome. People came up to him and hugged him, he walked into pubs and they bot him beers. We have freedom of speech but pc keeps folks bottled up. Over there, you get arrested if you don't say the correct things. There are a lot of chants of "Vive Trump. " America is the last hope and many of them know it.
