What difference does it make? Nobody has been charged with trafficking. Nobody has been charged with unlawful detainment, indentured servitude or slavery. And as far as I know, no federal investigative authority has made a statement suggesting they are investigating it. So it looks to me like they were just after the johns, not the supposed "sex traffickers". If you have information that contradicts this, post it. I don't think there's a big debate here...
