He also owes $140k in child support, from one of his 4 marriages. Higgins accused Cohen of illegally recording Trump, not knowing it isn't illegal in NY. He also accused Cohen of not turning over boxes of documents not knowing they had been seized by the FBI and returned to Cohen.
