That tweet is Trump's sales line. And, he's selling the most important product ever - the idea of economic freedom and opportunity... which would demand, at the very least, a considerable degree of political freedom. A decade long delay is too long, IMO. They would be either destroyed, of be a well armed nuke power. (And still a Gulag).
