They never give equal time to the optimistic point of view - which has been the correct view. Too boring I guess.

When watching a free show, one must remember how they get paid. They are not paid for being right, but for attracting viewers followed by sponsors.

on Analysists:
Analysists are paid for making their firms money. If I were paying an analyst, I'd want to know what he was saying in my name before I let him/her say it publicly and then I'd have time within the law to react before the others got the info for free. This only makes sense.

I like AJ Cohen too, btw.

Barry, re: They never give equal time to the optimistic point of view.
Yes, you are so right. As far as this forum is concerned I did not think I had to mention this as a help factor. Why else would we be on here? gg. Oh, that's right, I forgot. I am still waiting for the name of PE's girlfriend as mentioned by PF last night. That was in response to "No selfrespecting investor would post anything of substance here". For a while I had thought Paul F. meant me becauce Paul E. and I were left alone on the thread early this morning. gg.

I hope we are not missing out on a good session tomorrow. Asia and Europe, mainly Germany, were booming when we were closed but now Japan is down. I have to check on the rest of the Asian markets. There was enough talk on TV today to make us worry some more over Asia.
