Well, generally, I agree with you. I have libertarian tendencies myself. Almost always, government does more to screw things up than to help fix things. However, corporations are running amok and destroying our free speech in this digital age, where they control the platforms where all of our political speech and exchange of ideas occurs. So we can't just sit back and let it happen. Pretty soon, there will be no free speech, if we don't do something. With free speech gone, every other freedom we have will start to fail.
