If you haven't already listened to the Video I put in my post ... Message 32048073 .... you may want to spend 6 or 7 minutes of your time listening to it. What Trump did in Hanoi is ALL ABOUT NEGOTIATING WITH THE LIKES OF A NORTH KOREAN .... in much the same way that he would NEGOTIATE WITH ANY OTHER FAR EASTERN HEAD OF A COUNTRY. Negotiating with those people is NOT THE SAME AS Negotiating with Westerners. Donald Trump has experience in that regard because he's not a "professional politician" who has spent the large part of his life in a lawyer's office and then in the Senate or Congress doing EFF ALL of any consequence, .... as we saw with his flappy-eared, incompetent predecessor. At the end of the day BOTH Trump and Kim will get a fair amount of what each wants, BUT THERE IS A PROCESS INVOLVED AND A MEDIUM TO LONGER TERM PROCEDURE THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED AND ENACTED. And if, as Styx pointed out, Trump wins the 2020 Election, the above end result WILL COME ABOUT because Kim Jong-un KNOWS WHO HE IS DEALING WITH. If a LIMP-RAG DEMOCRAT should win in 2020 then Kim Jong-un will just walk away from ANY NEGOTIATIONS IN THE SAME WAY THAT HE TOLD OBUMMER TO "EFF OFF" IN A-ROUND-ABOUT WAY, and Jong-un will go back to what he was doing before Trump arrived "AND SORTED HIM OUT".

You must not have heard. Trump Jr. is running in 2024, so another 14 years of President Trump. Since the world is going to end in 12, according to AOC, we will all be going out on top... LOL

Deals require an element of trust, and we were about as far from that as you can get on both ends. And when the guy wakes up and thinks, "Trump may not be around another two years for me to deal with," I can see how he might have a hard time finding confidence to do it. He's thinking, "If Sanders wins, we may end up being Democratic Socialists before we make that old fart happy!"
