Interesting. However, valuations are very subjective. I've had appraisers come in and value my house differently than what I see on tax rolls and on Zillow. I don't know why that is, except they all use different comparables and have different levels of information. Right now, my house is way overvalued in the tax rolls in my opinion and there is nothing we can do about it. I don't know how Trump was able to achieve devaluation, but if he got an appraiser or an audit company to do the valuation, then that is all legal. So now I see the Democrats are going after him for other things instead of Russia collusion. What happened to that line of inquiry? Looks like this is becoming more of a Whitewater investigation, like they did to Clinton in his day.
