Electric,

I normally do not play stocks, but the technicals on this one is so strong to the downside.

If tomorrow is a flat day and MSFT is also flat, then I will wait till Wed, hoping for a last minute runup. If tomorrow hits 138-139 I will be in tomorrow.

If MSFT does not move up at all tomorrow or Wed, then I will wait till the end on Wed to make my decision.

Jim mentioned the possibility of the legal problems being solved then MSFT could pop up, but I am looking to be out of it by Friday or next MON/TUE. Dont think the legal matters will be solved by then.

Hope I was clear with my strategy.
