Trump hasn't been able to borrow money in the US for a very long time. He is known to borrow from Deutsche Bank, a lender who has laundered money for Russian oligarchs (do a search for deutsche bank money laundering) and his sons have boasted of Russian loans which don't seem to be on the financial stmt Cohen displayed.
