He might get the immunity for Federal crimes. But I would want my state NY to agree to given him immunity. He and his son, possibly his daughter too, should die in prison.

Typing things in capital letters don't make it more likely to happen. Trump has withstood a coup attempt and he's still standing. He has fought every single step of every single day for the last 3 years, since his campaign started. What makes you think he will resign? Everything about Trump says he's a fighter. He'll go down fighting, if he goes down at all.
