Are you out of your mind? Did you eat iguana in Costa Rica???

Man, when earnings come out way ahead of forecast, plus all this publicity (hope they got that doggie commericial ready) the stock by next Tuesday is going to be pushing 65. (Disclaimer I'm under the influence, root canal on the canines)

When you do a spread like that, you look for at least 2.5 pts. spread to make it worth your while. I haven't look at it. Personally I bot naked 55's Friday (again) for 1. Did buy some Put's, but I didn't have conviction on it with the stock already depressed.

I was wondering why the stock was all over the place and it was that tassled loafer, silk suited nonsense. Man, when was the last time an appeals judge overturn a sitting judge on a case. It's rare (MSFT is pissing into a stiff wind), especially with MOT doing somethings that was bordering on unethical and not to mention ILLEGAL in a criminal sense. If I was them I'd settle with no further suits over their taking something that didn't belong to them. If I was QCOM lawyer I would go into court with the mired of phones out there and compare them to MOT phones and ask why they didn't sue these folks? There is an Ericsson phone that looks like a MOT flip phone. Certainly the idea is the same.
