Jonathan,

I just talked to Mike Fearnow and he said that there MIGHT be a conference call in the next several days to discuss these issues. And to answer your question about the SEC, yes, the company must file with the SEC for both the management change and any possible sale of Wilson's shares since he owns over 10% of the company. This is just my opinion, but if Wilson does sell his shares, I don't think it will increase the short-term float. I think they will go to some kind of institutional investors with a possible lock-up period. Hopefully, there will be a conference call and management will clear up some of these issues including any change in the direction of the company.

Curtis H.

I agree, with at least asking through a letter to C.Logue for a press release to inform the stock holders on the disposition of Wilsons shares and their current business plan. A conference call is fine but it should be done after a Press Release, to address any question not answered in the release. A conference call doesn't have the broad reach needed to impact the greatest amount of potential share holders as well as existing holders.

I assume that the company is putting together a further statement than that released, since they have to realize that uncertainty on these issues doesn't help the stock price. And asking when they plan to do this couldn't hurt.

IF MIKE FEARNOW KNOWS SPECIFICALLY WHAT THE PLANS FOR COMMUNICATION ARE HE CAN POST THAT RIGHT HERE ON THE THREAD.

Is that press release a joke?
