The 250,000 is small alright, but it would have helped if they did not loan money out to Namibia, that would have provided some working capital. How much cahs do they have on hand right now?

In other words Zeev, $250K is a non issue amount when there are so many more things to worry about and do.

PS... does anybody know who the plainif is?

It's not a lawsuit, it's a defaulted loan. Again, from the 10-Q:

The Company is in default on an outstanding debenture in the amount of $250,000 and is negotiating with the holder of the debenture. A failure of such negotiations could have a negative effect on the liquidity and capital resources of the Company.

Hartenbower, ... back to the frog's middle finger. The point is that a company that is 'burning' major bucks should be concentrating on getting a pilot plant into production to defer development costs, rather then lending a million bucks to a sister company & spending 3/4 of a million on vehicles.
