The founding fathers did not create the Bill of Rights to protect the people from corporations ie from people using corporations for business reasons, they created it to limit govt power. It's a shame you want to give govt new powers to control speech. Let's say some company starts a new assassination service ..... That would be illegal (and immoral) whether or not its done by a corporation or not. Corporations don't get to act with impunity Of course not, whether or not. Corporations have to obey the law.
