Description is one thing, proof is another. This stuff is not new. Its just that with the internet we are able to discuss it with like/kind people. This is one of many problems that many in the SEC US and Canada have to confront. Lets look at your NASDAQ and CDN OTC for a moment. How can a stock that is in great demand like GERN (GERON) have a bid size of 5 and an ask size of 5. The boad doesn't post the "real" bid/ask sizes, thats why. Now why would they not do that. Well lets try this scenario. Bid size 5, Ask size 9999 or Bid size 9999 ask size 5 In both cases you have immediately determined the "value" of the stock in the "market". In the first case nobody wants it and in the second case everybody wants it. So by NOT posting the correct bid/ask size "all the time" you are artifically manipulating the stock.
