In the video I was amused by the naan falling off the wall at 1:00 and into the flames at the bottom. The naan expert and the commentator both studiously ignore the failure in the process. I noticed it was crumpled at the bottom of the tandoori oven as the camera panned over the opening at the end.

It is a tricky use of the stickiness of the wet dough to hang on the ceramic walls of the oven. And transfer from the cloth pillow which complies with the curved surface of the oven to have all the possible adhesion.
