Brumar, you are stuck in the old days and maybe you don't understand the true reach and pervasiveness of digital platforms. Nowadays, 95% of the voting body engages in political discourse through social media. If those companies suppress their search ability, demonetize websites, videos, or articles they spend time and effort creating, or liberals engage in wholesale removal or censorship, then they are suppressing political speech. Our Founders, our Laws, and case law precedents have a long history of being aggressive when it comes to protecting political free speech...for a very good reason. Unfortunately, technology has vastly outpaced the ability of our laws to keep up. So free speech is failing and privacy is failing. It is a fact and it will have far reaching consequences.
