Pete,

- Haven't spoken to anyone. Their year ended 1/31/98. They have to release financials by 4/30/98. At this point, with no activity in the stock, it's anybody's guess.

- If anyone is still following Premier Concepts, earnings should be coming out this week. I think companies have 90 days to report year-end results - and this would be 1/31 + 90 days - about April 30th or so.

- I'm hoping - but no solid facts - that there's going to be some upbeat news forthcoming.
