That's bullish... below the zero line is bullish, above is bearish... it's the weekly ratio between the Calls and Puts held for the NYSE... the reading is taken on Friday after the markets close...

Here it is as of this very moment, you can see that the bar has moved slightly upward today towards the bearish side and you can also see the green line also turn upward... so, it's beginning to move toward the sell side, but not yet... this is a reliable indicator but for a very long term position, for many weeks at a time...



I prefer to look at the momentum indicators for a more immediate reading and you know what they look like as of late last week... this is why I had no hesitation about taking a short position at the 2817.50 level...
