>> Campaign finance violations.

This is a purported constructive transaction. A constructive transaction is one that didn't actually occur, but is "deemed" to have occurred by the prosecution. There must be evidence.

The check is nothing more than evidence of legal fees paid. Do you see anything indicating it is other than that? A payment to Cohen, which Trump undoubtedly made hundreds of over the years. I would bet somewhere there is an invoice. The check is not even in the proper amount for the payment. This is a nothing burger.

Assuming, arguendo, that it WAS a campaign violation, that is a trivial offense. You may remember, Obama was fined $375,000 for compaign fee violations.

>> Tape recording and signed checks, plus whatever Weisselberg and Pecker have to say.

It doesn't matter what they say. You're nuts. There is no law against making a hush money payment. He made a check payable to Cohen who was supposed, by his own words, to "take care of it." He didn't say a fucking word about any campaign contribution. His lawyer is there to caution him about any trap he may walk into.

You're full of shit. There is no there there and you know it. This is a fucking witch hunt, just as Trump has been saying for a year.

Prosecutors Say Trump Directed Illegal Payments During Campaign ...

I asked you this the other day and you skipped town for a while. EXACTLY how does this one check differ from the other dozen or so written by Trump and handled by Cohen when Trump was NOT a candidate?

If this check is the same as the others, then nobody in the world is going to prove illegal campaign payments. It was a typical payoff and done so frequently a pattern was already developed. Sorry gruber, this one is going NOWHERE and all of the REAL experts on REAL tv have been over it ad nauseum already. You will have better luck with the 23 russians that don't exist along with their 3 companies that no longer exist and voodoo fake global warming statistics.
