We will know soon enough if your scenario is correct, the conversion of the preferred issue will be reported. Why don't you call the company and ask Lisa Gorbett-Frost about it and report back here. One thing I don't like about your scenario Davis is it requires professional money managers and high net worth individuals not only to be involved in securities fraud but also conspiracy. I don't think that's likely, and your speculations are just that. Stop casting about looking for a...Red under every bed. This may just be market action. I could present another scenario that makes as much sense and has more facts than the scenario you present but its alot of typing and I don't want to. However if someone is interested and asks I'll do it. What is more important is we seem to be a happy little family again. Lets try to find a way to get mgmt to be more open and forthcoming with information on a timely basis. Anyone else vote for a conference call? How about a quarterly newsletter? I'm tired of seeing other companies get all the press. Its time mgmt becomes proactive!!
