" .... and Canada are far more corrupt than the USA" I must say, that is not how I remember Canada. I always saw it as a country of fair mindedness and with respect for the Law. But it seems that things have changed there quite dramatically. The question could be asked, "When did the ROT starting setting in ?" It wouldn't surprise me if a fair amount of it took place while that current young UPSTART, Trudeau, was Prime Minister. Here is something that may support my contention ---->
