I'm sure that the situation is normal. The books are closed and probably being audited. We should get all of the details very soon.
Perhaps this also explains the failure to apply for a NASDAQ listing. LUNN's financials did not meet NASDAQ requirements.

Craig/All,
I have only asked one question, basically, so far....the one involving LUNN shareholders and their right to receive subsequent shares if TPG earnings weren't met, etc., etc. Sergio's right, their books have to be audited by an accounting firm before they will be able to officially answer. I'm going through the past posts now, cutting and pasting the questions into a reply/list of questions to ATPX. I'll post the list when I'm done and leave it up for 2 days for others to edit, before sending it. I'll also ask for permission to post the reply in it's absolute entireity (including e-mail addresses) after I have received a reply back from ATPX. I don't want to come across to ATPX like someone who is being sneaky about this. Does this sound reasonable? JR
