Then why do I want a total ban on cigarettes? I I I know your REAL reasons. You want to convert tobacco plantations to the cultivation of HEMP. Here I always buy black market ciggies. From my Moroccan vendor they cost half what they do at the tobacco store.

Jim, I think you have a great idea! Indeed, efforts to keep drugs from coming into our country have failed abysmally; however, I have been given to understand that a marked degree of success has been achieved in preventing the import of Cuban cigars. Holly
