Gerald... I don't know and obviously you don't. That's what I keep saying. You're really screwed up. You are presenting things as facts that you can't answer and/or substantiate. Relax... do something different. You'll enjoy life more. Worrying about itty bitty things will destroy you! Wow... what are they worth now? Probably more than Eldorado Gold. It's the market Gerald, the market, the market... Sure glad we will have all those PMGs. Great hedge. Everytime gold goes down, they go up. What do you think Gerald?

Joe

Gerald: While we are talking about IPM defaults, of course there is the biggie to Phoenix/Omega which has totally been ignored by IPM for months now.

Does anybody know whether IPM even has a right to develop Black Rock any more? Given the defaults on the payments outstanding to Phoenix/Omega, and the absence of any word of another extension, how do we even know whether IPM has any rights with regards to Black Rock?

I'm sure we all presume they do, but why don't they tell us what the status is of their defaulted payments to Phoenix/Omega? Is this not material information?
