Exporting the carbon isn't a real solution. It's just feel-good nonsense.

Neither is setting goals that you know you won't be around to try and hit. As soon as it inconveniences the so-called "middle class" here, it will be dumped.

2050? Don't make me laugh. By then, we'll have discovered how to make fusion power work.
