I also did a small Buy when CTL div yielded 8%. For me, it's about FCF and EBITDA and as reported still look ok. The delayed 10K said no material items but rather has to do w/ internal controls for reporting revenues and valuation of LVL3 assets (implies possible future impairments of Goodwill and tangible/intangible assets). Still not good and scares the uninformed investor but that may/could create opportunity. I am at a full position at a 3% portfolio position. That's the same size I have for T and VZ is about 50% of that. Good Investing EKS
