Paul Manafort case

CNN was caught accidentally using a photo of a judge who’s been dead for more than a decade to illustrate a Thursday afternoon report about the sentencing of Paul Manafort. The cable network displayed a picture of the late Chief Judge Edward Becker of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia over the name of federal Judge T.S. Ellis III,(Snip) Ellis presided over Manafort’s trial and was preparing to hand down his punishment for bank and tax fraud. Becker died of prostate cancer in 2006 at age 73.
