Ken, If they are selling, they have information that is not available to the public. Specifically, who the "Investor" is. However, maybe they are not selling. It is unfair to keep from it's stockholders such information. Why are they doing it? The "Investor" could be anyone. Could it be TSS? I don't know and don't want to speculate.

Edward....I share your questions about the insider's registering shares. It doesn't seem logical to me that they would be selling at the lowest price in CAWS history..... unless events took a sudden turn for the worse without much warning, and they now know Chapter 11 is coming, and it's sell now or lose everything. If this is the case, they would have some information that we don't have.

What are the rules for filing a 144? I don't know enough about this procedure. Do they have to file a 144 to buy? Is filing a form 144 a step that must be taken for either buying or selling, and therefore we don't know whether their intentions are to buy or sell? Or, is there a certain form for selling and another for buying?

Wish someone could enlighten me about this.
