lisa, 1.Kick in the screen. 2.If "1" fails...run norton utilities, restart, etc.After locking up a few times the problem seems to get worse until you just stop and clean the mess up. I had to revert to a 3 version to get one of my older computers to work right...it still messes up.My powermac 7500 does fine with anything. Dave
