You are correct, Obama does own the rebound legacy of the great recession. MAGA had placed it in the rear view within one year and saved America from the ZERO INTEREST ERA .. 7 years at zero!! Looking back now. how ridiculous was that? or perhaps that was the path they were content with ? How or why did the zero interest policy changed so quickly? Makes you wonder if America's interest was paramount.
