Apparently you can run 2 Millennium II cards for double monitors on Win95. It's supposed to work although the OS doesn't really know whats going on, so you will get a centered dialog box split between the screens. Win 98 will handle multiple monitors no probs.

Haven't seen the Millennium II trick, only heard of it, so check with Matrox to be sure.
