Norton is not freeware.My problem is something called, oh I forget.I just use these things, I don't know much else.Apparently the info on the disk files gets corrupted and needs to be ironed out.All I know is that when this happens, i run the program and it stops.Weighty information, isn't it?

One of my clients had the big hang problem. It ended up being more than one dial up connection defined and they were conflicting.
