As far as dating, Vogt only goes into the dating of the Younger Dryas in the video. The association of the Younger Dryas with an enormous CME is done through geochemical evidence. I have seen no credible evidence yet presented to show the "enormous CME event" is a cyclic (regular or irregular) event.

I know it's a chore but you'll have to watch his presentation(s) so you can come to your own conclusions.

As to the recurrence question (singular, irregular recurring, regularly recurring) and also to the "event" question on another contention made by Vogt (abrupt crustal displacement) ...see Message 32061880
