And we must not forget the basal sand reservoir below the Beda level. It was out of reach this time, but RSO will use another rig when they continue drilling later this year, then we'll know how much more oil there is in the structure. Some of the best oil fields in Libya (like the Messla field) have produced billions of barrels from this outstanding reservoir during the last 35 years, even as close as 30 km from NC-177. The upside potential is really enormous!

They have already identified nine other similar prospects in NC-177 as you mentioned, and still the more southern parts of the block have not yet been subject to extensive seismic investigations. Wonder when they will be ready to drill the largest structure of them all, the giant Al Feel prospect, estimated reserves 1,4 billion barrels of oil (or worthless CO2...). Probably they need additional seismic first.
