Financial Post: International Petroleum Corp. (IRP/TSE), up 45› to $6.80, on volume of 8,000 shares. Gulf Canada Resources Ltd. (GOU/TSE), up 5› to $8.70 on volume of 59,129 shares. The two oil companies will benefit from agreements signed between the Albanian National Hydrocarbons Agency and two international consortia. International Petroleum will have a 20% stake in Occidental Petroleum Corp.'s control of three onshore exploration and production sharing contracts.

Hm, I think I have a better explanation to IPC:s price movement yesterday! <bg>
Alex, I wish I had some information or links as far as what kind of potential Albania represents, but I haven't found anything useful yet.

Sands: Very impressive volume in Sweden today again! Where do all the sellers come from? By some reason IPC is still traded today, I thought yesterday was the last trading day!?!
