Jack,

I would like to open a discussion among stockholders for the benefit of Mr. Dennis DeNoble. This discussion would involve a frank discussion of the expectation of stockholders and hopefully guide him in the course of his actions. As I have said before, I appreciate the contribution of "The ancient one", and I say that with fondness and respect. I have been, frankly, horrified by the company in its capacity for responsible public relations. My personal opinion is that there is no talent there. I understand all the dynamics and implications and fears, but jutst from me to you, this company has a long, long way to go with its current stockholders and future and potential stockholders. It does not sell itself well, at all. I do not wish them to lie or to misrepresent, but I am severely disappointed at the presentations which have been forthcoming. We need new blood and new talent in this area. Clearly, the company has made great strides, but they seem not able to present the facts clearly and in a timely manner to the stockholders. There is doubt because of previous failures and disappointments. Couple that with the outright scams which have come to light recently in this area, and one could surmise that much remains to be accomplished. No matter what the company announces here, it will be viewed with scepticism until we achieve some validity through announcement of significant receipts from responsible refiners, be they known or not known to the present community. Clearly, the company needs to follow its recent announcements with creditable announcements of further receipts. Hopefully, this will be forthcoming.

Welcome, Mr. DeNoble, and may better days be forthcoming!!!

Jack
