Mike: That Oppenheimer analyst asked Mr. Schwartz if he wanted to buy Comsat. His replay was that there are certainly assets he would like out of there, but there was absolutely no way he was going to put his company in a position where it had that regulatory burden hanging over it. No way. So, unless they privatize the whole mess, which would take forever despite press releases, then forget it. Look elsewhere for the acquisition, perhaps in the SS/L manufacturing line itself!
