maybe all nation states, civilisation states or otherwise, all take turns in descent into madness, undergo therapy, and occasionally reemerge, otherwise fail - you know, the once in several hundred years routine, per super ultra grand cycle etc etc and and here be one face of madness that went with the article Message 32063774 , about a period I remember well the event, lasting from, say, plus or minus a decade, 1966, close enough for govt work, through to 1976 by official count, and actually to 1982 at least, imo my life time line has been almost perfectly tagged to the event, born to engage w/ summer in the middle island of the summer palace, experienced HK's life of villas and boat and clubs for a year in 1964, endured in China 1965 - 1970, then did whatever had to be done to prepare, and returned to help the rejuvenation / recovery process 1984. has been a very interesting journey so far, and would not trade it for any other journey. pole climbers in Africa may think it a big deal with national borders and that somehow cyclical events stop at borders or that is somehow genetically based, forgetting that the planet is just that, our planet. the travel restrictions are meaningless, mere inconvenience, and therefore, cyclical events happen everywhere. but then again, to folks who believe history does not matter and math makes no sense, kibitzing is cheap. the good thing about therapy is that once done, good for awhile, ~800 years in civilisation states, and short periods otherwise. Ethiopia seems to be on the mend now. watch & brief.
