That BASTION OF SANCTUARY CITIES !!!
Not much of a "sanctuary" when a studio apartment in the Tenderloin district rents out for $1,800/month.

And Tenderloin is ground zero for San Francisco's drug dealers, pushy panhandlers, and homeless population. If you want to live in a safer district, you could easily shell out $3,000/month for said studio apartment.

Illegal immigrants don't live in San Francisco itself. They don't even live in Oakland anymore. They've moved further out, like Richmond and Salinas, which is closer to the rural areas.
