1. She hasn't drawn an arbitrary line based on revenue alone.
She factors in other concerns too. I haven't settled on an opinion yet, am waiting to see how some of the other candidates address this. But corporate size is a problem overall, aggravated by the power they now have over the government thanks to our campaign finance laws.
2. Other factors need to come into play when considering antitrust law, revenue alone is certainly only one factor.
When I see specific policy proposals coming from other Democrats, I'll consider those too.
Personally, I'd like to see big tech taxed heavily unless they agree to relocate significant facilities in parts of the country where corporations have destroyed the local business sector and then settled only in prosperous metro areas. Carrot and stick.
Will probably never happen, but if it did, Starbucks, Whole Foods and some tech startups would surely follow.
