Just received the following which indicates "no big deal"...

[By the way, I'm getting A LOT of email from non-SI'ers that indicate to me that there are a lot of lurkers and possibly some money waiting on the sidelines]

Subject: 144 shares

Folks,

My information tells me that the 144 covered 60,000 shares
for registration on behalf of two individuals: one was
classed as a non-insider, the other simply classed as a
"shareholder". Neither were identified as officers,
directors, family, etc.

Apparently these were previously issued restricted stock
that is now being registered, rather than the company
selling more shares?

Sorry, I was too cheap to pay $125 to join SI.

Sincerely,
Bill Penny
